Here for the next step, too.
Returning to Kings? Contact your branch about an appointment, records, test results, a medication enquiry or an estimate.
Change or cancel an appointment
Tell us the appointment date and what you would like to change. Reception must confirm the updated arrangement.
Start an enquiryRequest medical or vaccination records
Tell us which records you need. The clinic will confirm your identity, authority to receive them and the next steps.
Start an enquiryAsk about test results or follow-up
Include the appointment or test date if known. Results need an explanation from the treating team; do not use this request for urgent concerns.
Start an enquiryAsk about a repeat medication
Include the medicine name and the last visit if known. A veterinarian must assess whether a repeat is appropriate; a request does not authorise dispensing.
Start an enquiryRequest a fee or treatment estimate
Tell us the service, your pet’s species and any relevant appointment information. The team can explain current fees and what the proposed estimate includes.
Start an enquiryA familiar team.
A simple enquiry.
Tell us what you need and continue to your selected branch on WhatsApp.
Include the visit or test date if you know it.
The team may need to verify your identity and authority before sharing records.
A medication or results enquiry needs the treating team’s review.
What happens
after my request?
Can I change an appointment or request records online?
Use the client-care form to prepare a WhatsApp request to the branch you select. Choose the type of help you need, enter the relevant visit information and send the message when WhatsApp opens. Reception will confirm the next steps.
Changing or cancelling an appointment is complete only when the clinic confirms it. Requests for records may require checks of your identity and authority to receive the information. No medical record is displayed publicly on this website.
Can this form approve a repeat prescription or explain my results?
No. The form helps you contact the treating team. A veterinarian must decide whether a repeat medication is appropriate, whether a review is needed and what a test result means for your pet. Include the medicine name or test date if known so the team can locate the enquiry.
Do not change treatment based on a website request. If your pet is unwell or the situation is urgent, call a branch immediately instead of waiting for a routine message reply.
Where is my request sent, and is it automatically confirmed?
Your browser prepares a message addressed to your selected Kings branch on WhatsApp. The details are included in the WhatsApp message link when you continue, and you decide whether to send the message. The form does not submit the details to a website records database.
The clinic must confirm appointments, estimates, record-release arrangements and medication decisions separately. Your request is an enquiry, not a completed clinical or administrative action.
